This website provides information for international patients residing outside Türkiye. Hera coordinates international patient services, healthcare institution arrangements, accommodation, transport and transfers.

Hera is an intermediary agency, not a hospital or healthcare provider. Medical assessment, diagnosis and treatment are provided by the contracted healthcare institution and its qualified healthcare professionals.

Travel agency activities are subject to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and TÜRSAB framework. International health tourism intermediary activities are subject to the Ministry of Health and USHAŞ framework.
